Returns and Exchanges
If you change you mind within 60 days from the date you received your order. You can obtain a refund if you have your original receipt or proof of purchase. If you don’t have proof of purchase, we are happy to exchange your items. Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels). Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange earrings, body piercing products or hair accessories for hygiene reasons. We also cannot refund shipping costs.

In Store Returns
Our store will be re-opening from Monday 15th June and will follow the same process as above. You will be asked for proof of purchase, receipt and other potential details if required.
If you believe an item, you have purchased is faulty please Contact Us or visit your local store as soon as possible.
Please note: All returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified via email once it is completed.
